At this moment, because we reached the Semis, we are owed 115m.
This summer, we should be at the 1:1. If Tebas doesn't pull any shenanigans.

We were able to spend for a player around 60m last summer, with less revenue and not having reached 1:1 rule.
We should be able to spend at least 70m this summer and with some departures, it can be even more.
That should get us some valuable backups in almost every position if we spend wisely.

The fans shouldn't worry about whether we have the money, they should be worried if Fatporta and Deco are wise enough to spend it frugally or go Barto style.
If they will continue to spend money so badly like offering 32m Euro/year to a player like Flopski or similar money to FdY, then nothing can be done. Alternatively, they should try to push/ sell Flopski at the end of season and save at least 26m Euro they will pay him for next season. For this huge amount of money they could pay at least two very good addition players. If you did not know, just compare his salary with Pedri 12.5m/ year and Lamine Yamal 1.67m/year. I cannot imagine a worse management than this Barca has. And, it should not surprize anybody why they are are in so deep financial hole…..
Bottom line, they should balance very well the salaries according with the overall contribution in the team. Such a huge discrepancy in salaries, just compare Lamine and Flopski or Pedri or him, just to name of these players. Completely Ridiculous……

He'll need to find a balance in the next season to keep the team fresh enough for the crucial part. In München, his second year was also worse in defense, as his football demands an insane amount of running, pressing and effort to close the gaps and win back the ball as fast as possible, so your opponent can't expoit your high back line. With today's criminal schedule, it's even more difficult to maintain it over a season and repeat it in the next one.
We definitely need a bigger squad to rotate and Flick also needs to find games where he can take the foot from the gas. That will define the success of next season.
That’s absolutely true.

Some bums acting like world stars now.

Credit to Flick for somehow raising the level of this team to probably their career best. Bar some players with clear natural talent, rest are Betis level at best.
I can see why so many managers prefer a small squad. This is one of the toughest parts of the job that nobody talks about. Keeping all the entitled brats happy sounds like an absolute nightmare.

I guess the best solution is to have 14-15 core starters and 9-10 prospects/academy players/young transfers as deputy squad players.

There are reports Flick actually likes the fact players are sometimes frustrated at being subbed off

In my opinion it is a positive sign too. Everybody wants to play, contribute, prove himself. There is nothing bad in that. As long as there are no conflicts between players which seems not to be the case
Look, the narrative is always all about results. If Barca were struggling this would be seen as a negative, bad man management and unhappy dressing room. But Barca are competing for a treble so it counts as a positive.

Ultimately, the most important thing at any club is to keep the core starters happy. You need to keep the likes of Raphinha, Yamal, Pedri, Cubarsi, Kounde, Balde, etc happy.

His poor squad utilization is catching up with him and the players both on and off the pitch.

He's the coach so he sees them in training, true.

But the players are professional level players and know what they are doing in training.

Always two sides to a story.

Minutes could have been better distributed this season, players getting the full 90, when games are done and dusted, like kounde and yamal doesn't make sense.

But it's too late now, we have to just get it across the line and reset in the summer.
The playing time should be drastically limited to Flopski as he is definitely not worth it. Pedri, Lamine, FdY, Kounde ( looked dead tired yesterday from first minute). Bumsi has to understand that. If our bench players are not good enough, in his opinion, than he should look for alternatives from Barca Athletic, not sure if that could be allowed….

5 of the 10 are going to be:

RM x 2
Inter x 2
PSG/Arsenal x 1

If Hansi and team pull it off, it's the greatest treble in football history, given the circumstances and players.

Circumstances, I agree.
Players? I am not sure our squad is any worse than that of Inter in 2010.
