One possible reason to play Raphinha on left would be to start trying to find a balance with Gerard on that side or Fort if he comes on.

He can definitely rotate CB, midfield and CF here.

Gavi/Frenkie in midfield should be more than enough and Gavi is better with FDJ who constantly gives him ball early and he doesnt get frustrated and go hunting it down.

The best learning Gavi will get to play in there is beside FDJ who now more than ever is very vocal about psoitioning of the team and looks to be one Flick trusts to do that on the pitch.... Inigo is it in defence and FDJ in midfield...Lewa does same for front three a lot also to be fair.

These are the best games for Gavi to get his football back in there with FDJ and progress.. at AM or LW it is not the same.

Pedri looks visibly off the pace the past few games. If not rested now then when.. surely now more than a La Liga home game.
