Good strategy, but i think the german way to train (cardio and strength training) is very very much better than the former oneThat agrees with the reports I read some months ago, that the new physio team found out it's better for his muscles to play regulary but with maybe lesser minutes than pausing a full game.
He's more prone to get injured after a complete rest than playing regulary. Better to let him play each game and limit his minutes. So far it's working.
