You can ask him to control a ball or press with 10℅ of the intensity others do.

By the way, for a striker's goal stats to be valued they need to come consistently. Roughly homogenously spread throughout the season. Meanwhile that's not the case with Lewa. He accumulated his goals tally until November and then had a massive goal crisis that still hasn't really ended.

It's like if you were to score 20 goals in 2 matches in the season against 2 shit teams (impossible but for my point). At the end of the season you'd have 40 goals, but they won't be worth as much as those of some guy who scored same ammount in 30 matches. Now Lewa has been doing something similar.

And this is also just one of many ways that statistics can deceive you about how a certain player performs. There is no other truth than that Lewandowski has been more of a liability this season than anything else. If that can change, it would be nice - but his ball control problems, lack of speed, pressing intensity problem and many more, none of them seems to be fixable because he's too old to be a Barca starting striker.

Finishing problem seems to be fixable because he has it in himself and that's the only thing I really hope he works on in the most important part of the season.

Nope, I don't have to listen to non Barca fans who follow some player just because he was born near them. Such a big country and your best sportsman is a tractor, kinda sad.

Kane would probably score more overall but doesnt think he would score than Lewa in big games, this season Lewy scored 3 times against Real, scored against Bayern, Villareal, Benfica - is there any big game where he didnt score this season??

If RL9 was in his prime, he'd already have 40 goals easily with elite all round play.


Barca fans seem to have forgotten the first 6 months of RL9 in a Barca shirt. That was the last display of his prime. You people are lying to yourself if you claim his all round game wasn't elite in his peak. :lol:


He was everywhere under Xavi and influencing nearly every goal Barca were scoring before the World Cup.


Now he's 36, washed up and more of a poacher. Still the best shooter/penalty box predator on the planet.

I chose Isak because he is only 25 and i think he has the potential to be a beast against big teams

Kane is 32 and have maybe 2 good years, Isak better for long term

He scored in 19 of his 32 games and many goals were pointwinning goals. So i understand your point but it is not 100% true

His stats are pretty good but I think for a CF in this setup they could be even better.
He is the biggest underperformer of xG in the team ahead of Raphinha and Yamal. It's not by much but those two aren't known for being prolific goal scorers.

Imagine having a CF who is overperforming xG, like Isak or Kane while also adding to buildup. I think we have plenty of potential to improve the team by getting a new CF, even if Lewy is doing well stat wise.

Funny you say that because on bayernforum people are whining that Kane should stay up the pitch because by going into the midfield for the buildup hes naturally inviting the defense line to move closer. Hes also scoring slot of tapins and he doesnt really offer much to Bayern, they would do fine without him. They still lose ocassional match with 3rd league club and still struggle on CL with him
