Xavi Hernández

We need a new striker that can naturally phase out Lewa and give enough maturing time for Roque.

Or we got to change our attacking strategy without relying on a pure striker, but I don't think Xavi can achieve that unless he is consulting someone.

Even forum went soft and have accepted Xavi's mediocrity.

All I see is excuses on here. Xavi ran out of black magic after using all of it last season. Sorry lads, he's a bum.

It doesn't matter if it's the only thing we have, we have to see how can the team get the most of it under Xavi.

If the manager have big weaknesses give him a strong enough team to hide them.

Been done several times, Lucho for example.

He either mature fast enough and learn or he'll get the boot when a better profile is available.

We can't give him prime MSN because that's a once in a lifetime scenario.

And even if we did, he'll be eventually found out, like Lucho was.

And then you curse yourself, wondering why, when we had money, we didn’t choose to hire a good coach and nourish ourselves, so that instead of all this wasted money and energy, we could have made a more productive choice.

The stupid thing is to continue weeping about something THAT WILL never happen.

Xavi is here to stay, now you either deal with it and try to find a solution around it or continue moaning like a child.

At this point we need to just weather out the storm, develop the young players, and wait for the Camp Nou return to be able to spend big again by making SENSIBLE transfers. Good recruitment is key. We still can compete for LL in the meantime because Madrid, at least without Mbappe, are nothing special.

The season was doomed from the start. No single big transfer, until January Romeu was the most expensive transfer with 3.5m.
