I don't know about the complaints, but I feel pretty assured when I see this guy entering the pitch in second halves. Not a bad 5th choice midfielder to have. A damn sight better than yesteryear of Nico G (who rarely performed as a sub), Ricky P and the likes.

To be honest I quite like him and feel like he has been misprofiled.

He's big framed and kind of fast so he can ride a challenge and carry the ball when needed but he's not really this destroyer that he was pitched as. He makes a lot of smart runs and likes to get in the box/in advanced positions and tries to progress the ball between the lines.
