Uefa Nations League 2022-23

El Gato

Villarato!
They were shit.
Captain entered and made them worse.
Had to be rescued by a Braga striker on his debut

Scary good Portugal in last few KO tournaments helmed by CR7:

Euro 2020: R of 16
WC 2018: R of 16
Euro 2016: W
WC 2014: Group stages
Euro 2012: SF
WC 2010:: R of 16

Basically, other than that flukey W in Eur 2016 where they allowed 3rd placed group stage finishers to proceed, Portugal have mostly underdelivered.

No national team more entertaining than when Belgium are in the mood. Slick passing. You can knock Hazard for his injuries but his footwork, vision, and weight of pass is still brilliant. Still a wealth of talent on that team.

Is it possible to get Portugal-Argenyina in the final?

That would be an intriguing end to both careers and an apt end to the eternal debate.

I think I read something about it recently. If they end on top in their respective groups they can meet in the final I think. Correct me if I am wrong.

It's gonna be hilarious if Mbappe is destroyed by PSG due to too much stardom infiltrating into his brain and eating up the few neurons he has. Imagine if his career takes a dive like Neymar did in the next few years .

They are mental midgets.

Weakest game of Austria under Rangnick. First half was still somewhat ok, second half was awful, but might have been a fitness issue mostly.
