Wonder what this deal leads to down the line, Haaland taking notes for re-negotiation in a few years, one would think.

If he is a success, he can surely push City to do a similiar deal to keep him in a few years.

Why is he bothering with doing damage control in latest interview anyway?

It's about two years before the contract renewal process begins, so this is wasted time.

Can?t possibly have passion for his country or city of birth. As if he wouldn?t be more celebrated for bringing Paris(the city, not the club) it?s first UCL versus Madrid?s 15+. Never mind the good he could for for his country?s domestic championship, or the change he could spark in how French internationals view themselves and their development.

That reminds me of what a member of Griezmann's family said when he rejected us the first time. At his current club he'll be a bigger legend than at a Spanish giant club, turned out to be true.

Monaco to earn €35m from Kylian Mbapp? renewal with PSG. €145m of the €180m has already been paid, the final €35m hinged on Mbappe renewing or being sold. A free transfer would've seen Monaco miss out on this money.

Good payday for them.

Everybody was convinced he was going to Madrid. Its hilarious. I couldnt give a fuck if it makes me look small time. Any pitfall of Madrid is worthy of piss taking.
