What a bunch of fucking idiots. We are the laughing stock of Europe and here we are taunting Real Madrid cause they didn't sign a player.
It would have been a massive boost for La Liga in general if Mbappe had signed for Madrid. Maybe it would have woken our club up from its deep sleep. Maybe.

Nothing will wake this club up, at least until nobody remembers the golden Pep days. "Barca DNA", "best DM in the world"...if years of consecutive CL (or nowadays EL :lol: ) disasters didn't wake us up a transfer for Madrid won't do it either.

I am not taunting Real Madrid the club. I was laughing my ass off because of the Madridistas that had clean shorts and tissues ready because they were oh so sure he and Haaland were coming to Madrid. A lot of them spoke as if it already happened and impossible for it to not happen(way worse with Mbappe of course)
A lot of them came off as arrogant way they spoke.

It was really bad in South-America and also in Netherlands.

You do know if they succeeded with Mbappe he would have made la liga Madrid's for the next 5 years.

At least with grandpa Benzema and with the hope that Vinicius Jr's form might fluctuate we stand a chance to win against them.

To be honest I thought it was a foregone conclusion as well. Thank God it didn't work out for them either way.

One aspect can't be ignored though; Real flourishing & bringing in the best players would bring about the pressure on our board to do it too;

Having that said, "cules" feeling sad that Real couldn't sign a potential generation talent (who could keep kicking our ass for a decade) is funny

If our board could sign the best players, they would. They don't need Mbappe at Real for that. It's not like Real is playing with Deulofeu and Paco upfront. They already have a (one of) most promising young winger in the world and a this year's Ballon d'Or in their squad. Yet we couldn't bring in Mbappe nor Haaaland.
