Damn Oliver Kahn with a stern no said lewandowski stays

Clubs should really let their legends do whatever they want during the end of their career. Like Barto should have let Messi go If that's what he really wanted

Barto was letting the legends do whatever they want, it's partially why we are in this mess. The only exception was letting Messi leave.

come on guys; 40 and we have a deal :)

You can have 25m and Braithwaite as you need a replacement I heard.

Let's see if Bayern force him to stick around for another season. Dortmund did it successfully with him knowing he would join Bayern for free anyway.

By letting them do what they want i mean for future of their career where they wanna go to play not act like children within the team

Difference is time was on his side last time. Pretty sure he's a bit more desperate to leave now being at the age he is.

Poland are in the WC, so Bayern will possibly take that into account and hardball Lewa to stay.

He will not be happy, but it's his last WC at a high level and will have no choice but to keep himself at a higher level until half way through next season. After that point he will keep going with CL and to prove to a new club that he still has it next summer.

Smart power move.

Nope. They'll have to let him play. Bayern bosses are very stingy and hate paying big wages.

Plus their entire attacking system is built on his availability around him. Either they'll have to fully tweak that or stick with it. They can't go back and forth without Lewy whenever they want.

They can't let their highest earner rot on the bench. They don't have the Real Madrid privilege at all financially.

Bayern should go for Arnautovic or Cavani. They would do as well as Lewy.

Both are washed up. Wtf.

Also Arnautovic? The guy was frauding as a poor man's Zlatan for a long time. I know you'll say he has great natural talent. Well, so does Balotelli, doesn't mean he's relevant today.

Cavani can barely stay fit these days. Ask United fans.

Both awful, awful shouts mate.

They'll probably wait to secure his replacement to agree for a transfer. If they don't find one he'll stay there and they'll find it in a year. Meanwhile we'll sign Morata.
