Pep who some would have you believe is one dimensional and doesnt like crossing ball... beating Man Utd 2-0 with an approach based on getting the full backs on ball and getting it into the box.

The usual suspects are waiting for Man City to lose so they can say Pep plays a sterile possession based football with short players :coffee:

It was always a myth anyway about City and Pep. Barca played truly sterile football for the past few years (other than Koeman's last few tries).

Not a fan of this 'mentality' stuff in football, but United showed no passion/aggression/commitment/hunger/determination or whatever you want to call it. Bruno for example just watched the City player cross the ball in the first goal.

Thats why I feel bad for Ronaldo. Seems like only one trying.
