After qatar 2022 psg is gonna fall in a big way, you will see.

Possible when a significant part of your revenues is tied with your owner. At a whim, the situation can change : Milan from great to average with Berlusconi, Inter with Moratti and now with Suning.

However, a good indicator is PSG renewing Neymar until 2025. There is also their will to renew Mbapp?. There is also the fact they are building a big academy/training center.

Football, though, is a matter of cycle and PSG might have missed out on CL win on the last two years cycle and never come close again in a decade.

Neymar is going to become a non-factor increasingly, the key is Mbappe's renewal. If PSG can manage to renew him then the prospect of building a CL winning squad and even going from there can be considered somewhat promising, if not, I am not sure.

I think his point is that renewing him is an indication they will continue to spend

The area around Paris has the biggest talent pool in Europe. If they do build that academy they'll attract some top talent. They have only to keep Mbappe as their star, the rest will follow

Got it. I have no qualm whatsoever with the fact that PSG will continue to spend and be a force within European club football, well beyond the Qatar World Cup. They are not going away.

My intent is questioning if their future is that bright and promising as 1993Kaan1993 proclaims.

I don't blame him for choosing PSG tbh. He would've been a great signing at 0 cost. But having earned very little most of his career it's understandable he chooses the big star contract at 30.

absolutely not worth that sort of wage. He's a good player and improves our team but this culture of stupidly high wages to aging players that aren't top 5 in their position needs to stop, thank god we didn't match this offer.

Great move for him on those wages and to a strong side.

Playing in France wouldnt be ideal but not so bad when proven at another top league already.

Shame as would have helped Barca a lot and cant see who is available to sign in midfield to address some of issues team lacks but will see.

Qatar stopped funding PSG 5 years ago and they want self sufficient PSG. We are already self sufficient and don't need Qatar money. After all, Nasser already said that they are at PSG for a very long time.

We just need better transfer policy to be more competitive in CL.We signed Mbappe and Neymar in 2017, then, our transfer market has been a mess since 3 years. This can't happen at PSG. we need to sign 1-2 top players every year.

it's only Catalan press. According to them, Barca always pays less wages than other clubs. but, Barca has the highest wage bill in the world.

8 m rumoured wage and 10 m rumoured wage for Donnarumma while Barca pays Ter Stegen 18 m a year.we got 2 top players for free with paying 18 m total wage for them.
