Qatar bought Psg in 2011 and it took them years to create a top club. Also with UEFA did everything to limit Qatar to fund PSG. You are calling us as Oil club, but, Qatar stopped funding PSG 5 years ago. They just gave us 220 m loan for Neymar that we paid it back in 3 years.

Now, we are a force in CL anymore. We played a CL final last year and semi final this year. The club has the fastest growth rate financially.

Our FFP problem ended and we are now free to invest heavily every year.
