I wouldn't say they were cruising, they didn't have a lot of chances despite playing a bunch of Bayern bunchwarmers. The game was erratic without any fluidity from either team, both sides were meh. A lot of turnovers and Atletico simply doesn't know how to play counter today, how many times did Carrasco get the ball on the left flank behind Bayern's defense only to slow down and pass the ball back, it is infuriating.

To think we lost to this uninspring and subpar Atletico team is painful. The fact that this team is leading La Liga, goes to show how bad SPanish football has become.
