When will people realise that everything our board says has to be taken with a grain of salt? Just like Barto denying we had anything arranged with Griezmann right before buying him.
There's nothing to say publicly because it will not benefit the club, idk why he winked he should have just gavea diplomatic answer while working on the trasnfer in private like alway.
Too many in the club are desperate to burst the bubble and admit Neymar is coming but they need to relax and wait until it's all done and dusted before celebratin.
The loan would work exactly like it did when Mbappé was signed from Monaco.

In MD today, again, the 2nd top news is Neymar, how Barto will talk with him this week in Miami.
Can someone explain to me:
1. are these journos paid by Barca to hype Neymar and to make it look as if we are making a monumental/historical transfer
2. or do they really believe that he will somehow improve our team sporting wise?
I can't believe that there is not a single bad word about Neymar sporting wise in these papers, lol

No one is buying Coutinho, he has been a huge flop at Barça and Rakitic is getting old.
It is not like Barça is offering their good players. Why not Arthur instead of Rakitic ? PSG would be foolish to take Barça "trash" (those players are highly unwanted annd are not performing well enough) for their best player.
Yes. Neymar wants to leave and PSG are only doing more harm in forcing him to stay and thus dropping his value. We're obviously not going to offer Arthur, who doesnt want to leave and is the future of Barca.
Leonardo apparently wants Coutinho and I've heard that our latest offer is Coutinho + 80m. That is more than enough for a player who is forcing his way out. PSG putting a price of 300m is a joke cause they know no one would pay this price so I'd say they are being petty in not lowering the price for their best player, yes, but also one that doesnt want to stay. Why not negotiate with Barca for a lower price?

Well, both Coutinho and Rakitic would be pretty great in Ligue1 to be honest. Coutinho had a bad season by his standards but he had a good half a season when he first transferred. Thats enough to suggest he wasn't meshing to the Barcelona-Valverde style and not that he isn't good enough for someone like PSG.
But at the end of the day it is not about who we are offering but it is about Neymar. Better for us if he doesn't renew and buys out his contract next year which will end up much less than anything touted this year. He made his bed, and all those cliche's. Let him have a year of hell for all I care and get him next season, if he hasn't gone full Ronaldinho and we still want him.

and who are these 'big clubs' Neymar has been offered to? from the rumours i've seen;
United - as if Neymar would 1. want to live in Manchester, 2. play for a Europa league team under a rookie manager, 3. he wouldn't last a minute in the PL, they would literally kick him off the pitch.
Juve - same issue for Neymar as PSG, big fish in a little pond league and they cant afford him anyway, struggling to afford Lukaku ffs
i'm not all aboard the Neymar return train but seriously its always been Barca or Madrid. other teams claiming they aren't interested wouldn't interest Neymar
