Not a match where any did particulary well except Isco, but Varane was clearly the best in our backline. He screwed up big time once, but man what pace to get back there and a world class slide tackle to clean up the mess, intercepted well for the most part. In my opinion, Ramos and Pepe should be the ones doing the rotating, not Varane.

Varane is such a great player.

He is making his good passing of the ball very apparent every time he's out there, and his speed, composure, reading, and consistency is noteworthy off course.
