The Problem in Premier League is that the Crowd pushs u Forward, this has a Psycho effect on Players. Low People like Gary Neville cant understand it, look what Fabregas once said:
The crowd plays a part. The crowd roar and the full-back bombs forward and then the other full-back goes forward and the crowd noise gets louder and louder. Sometimes in England it feels like you don't have time to think, but that's more a mental question; it's more about your own aggressive intuition, the atmosphere. It motivates you but it means you lose control. In Spain, teams work much more on shape; they're more tactical, more positional.


Of course People like Gary Neville can never understand it because they have never managed one Team.

I think he is right. Liverpool have so many midfielders, but they can't score any goals. If they had got, for instance, Alexis and Khedira (or another DM) who were rumoured to go there over the summer, i believe their situation would be much diffrent. Gerrard is simply not good enough anymore, and neither is Balo and Lallana (atm).
