I think it's inevitable unless Lucho plans to drop a centre back for the games. You can't have all three remaining centre backs being Bartra, Mathieu & Vermaelen on the bench. It'd also be pretty weird to push one of those three in a Jonathan dos Santos role especially considering we spend a lot of money on Vermaelen & Mathieu, can you imagine them being in the stands every game?

It certainly would be weird but if the chaos in our penalty area continues we will suffer eventually, then yes i would not be surprised if one of them got dropped.

That they where not playing well in thier own end, even though Mathieu got some nice tackles there seem to miss alot of Communication with Pique, total panic mode once the ball was in our own penalty area, clearances that you dont do on Junior level. Can only be better....i hope.

Any clue on when he will make his debut? I read he has resumed partial training or something of that sort, but it has already been quite frustrating with him, he is struggling to shake the hamstring injury off it seems, and there's no clear idea when he will start?

No set date yet, but he is progressing. Should get the green light soon, hopefully.

Seeing our history with Arsenal transfers, and seeing his injury history in arsenal, he may have a point
