Says Palmeiras now want €15m for Yerry Mina. Barça made it clear that they would not pay more than €12m. The clubs will meet again today.

If the deal is closed today, he will be presented on Friday, otherwise it will be postponed to next week.

Well Barto was bound to fuck up at some point; no way he was going to close two important signings in one week.

Rather him mess this one up than Coutinho's tbh.

Why are we haggling for 3m btw?

We can't just throw the money out of the window. We have to stay firm on this one otherwise every other club would do the same in the future. This is clear example of blackmailing. First we agreed on 9 mil, than 12 and now it's 15! They raised the price for almost 70%!

Should stick to our guns on this one. If they insist on 15 Million then we drop the deal and go for Tah (25 Million release clause and European experience) instead.

These Brazilian teams really want to fleece us at this stage... Since when is Arthur a 50 Million player?

He is ours for 9m euros next summer anyway. Palmeiras going for the risky move.

With Mascherano leaving we need another CB unless we convince him to stay until the summer or force them to pay his buy out.

This would be the best solution (keep Masche until summer and buy Mina for 9 mil) but I am afraid we have promised Masche to let him go.

From what I've read main obstacle here is that Palmeiras have to pay 20% of transfer fee to Mina's former team (Independiente Santa Fe). Now apparently they want to keep their 12M so they want us to pay additional 3M they'll have to give to Santa Fe. Both clubs will probably meet somewhere in the middle at the end or we'll include some add-ons in our offer.

Gerard Romero: Barça wants to split the payment for the transfer of Yerry Mina. Palmeiras wants it now in full.
