SER : There were players on the team who asked the technical staff to increase the intensity and intensity of the exercises a little

Xavi's training sessions were too casual and easy. This makes sense given RL9's comment last week where he said his form improved after he decided to do special training individually. Xavi's training isn't sufficient. Xavi only has the man management part set. Tactically he's clueless and his training sessions are boring and low intensity. He has a lot to learn.

And this is an improvement from Koeman (who hired Rijkaards fitness coach from 2004) who was an improvement from Messi/Suarez who was an improvement from Setien who was an improvement from Valverde.

You get the idea, our fitness and training methods have been light-years away from the rest of Europe for years.

Or maybe just maybe, the training sessions were setup to have the players peak at the business end of the season, like very other professional team in sports tries to do.

Hence there would be a increase in intensity and focus in the February to April Period.

People just like talking shit out there ass and try to diminish everything good the man does.

It's funny I remember when he was just hired everyone here was saying he has improved the intensity of training sessions and overall good energy in training, when all those training videos would come out of our training sessions and it would be seen on the field.

But now all of a sudden, he's poor at preparing the team physical.

Barca Pedri, I see no Barcelona player running out of gas on the field since he's been here or getting particularly physically bullied, if anything we have improved that side of the team.

He has.
The team is plenty intense and thats about one of the only things Xavi has shown he excels at... conditioning and keeping the physical levels high.
Our intensity is great, it's not about how much we are running, it's about how and why we run.

Weren't lewa's comments that there has been a increase in intensity, not that the players when to the manager and asked for it?.

Laporta twerking for Xavi. Wonder what the actual reason is.... @Porque

TV3 : Laporta sent a message to Xavi The club decided to appoint him as an ambassador for the Barcelona Foundation. This move is a hint to Xavi that they want him to stay.
