Valverde is pretty shit so far, have to say. Lucho won without Neymar at Bernabeu last year, plus we actually signed a decent RB. The board is shit, but that fact takes nothing away from Valverdes shit poor tactical approach in the two games so far.

Real have 10 outfield players that close down, move off the ball and have a lot of pace in side.

They are battering and outworking off the ball as much as anything else.

Barca are slow, have too many players hiding and too many like the front two just strolling about when Real have it.

That is as big an issue as ability in the teams.

To me it feels like the players are throwing it away. It seems like they zero motivation to push hard. They know that if they get some type of result from this the board will get too comfortable and not push hard on the players we need (Coutinho, Dembele etc).
