Noticed that as well. Isco had his best game in a while and guys like Jese, Bale, and Morata seemed a lot more involved than usual.

Definitely. He was "injured" prior to the play-offs, but FIFA put a spoke in his wheel by extending the deadline. Now he had to take action. Touché, Cristiano.

Bale assisted and Benzema scored, 2:0. The thing is, RM without CR7 is not handicapped at all, whereas when Messi is out we are just toothless.
