Paulo Dybala

Why would you hope that for a Barca fan, Dybala might not fit Allegris tactics, he is still a amazing player in a setup where he can thrive.

He hasn't done anything special to prove that he will be one of the greats. Also, he's 25 already, not a kid anymore. A fit Dembouz brings much more to a team

We should buy him ourselves whilst he’s not in favour with the ‘current’ Juve boss ... Dybala could indeed replace Messi in a year or so and he IS gonna need to be replaced...

He doesn't have the physical tools to be anything close to Messi. Also his work ethic is questionable.

How about the most crucial thing which is talent and ability? Dybala is not fit to even clean the boots of Messi let alone being mentioned alongside him LET ALONE as a possible replacement. The absurdities that you have to read on this forum.

Of course not but these are his most glaring holes to become a truly elite player. I think he has fairly good skill set btw.

The combined sums of the collective.

You cannot replace Messi directly. It is impossible. Unless you can find the best goalscorer in the world, the best distributor and the best passer all in one person. That and him performing at an extreme level for 10+ years in a row. Such players do not exist out there and might only arrive every half century or so.

A talented player in his own way but he would be a bigger tactical issue to deal with far so than Coutinho.

He's just not flexible at all. Not quick enough on the wings and has questionable work rate and not really a pure striker either. His best spot seems to be as a Secondary striker. Kinda like Griezmann except Griezmann brings the work rate and defensive duty and being a better finisher.
