Boycotting the manager for him asking you to defend is now called - having balls? Glad they don't. If that's the case.

I clearly didn’t. I said there’s a balance to be found between Pogba and our players, who most just don’t seem to give a shit these days. Hopefully we’ll see some hunger and motivation in the CL this season at least.

Maybe if more of our players had some balls instead of being ass-licking yes men, we wouldn’t go season after season without even getting close to that CL trophy while playing boring and uninspired football with a mid-table coach at best. There’s a balance to be found there.

what exactly did Pogba do to show he has balls?

he basically downed tools like a petulant brat, showed zero respect towards anyone at United, his 'home' club.. with half ass'd performances and then told his agent to pimp him out across Europe.. even to City at one point  then theres the joking and laughing with other teams players while United lose and after post some shitty cringeworthy rapper dab hairstyle reveal on instagram.

i liked Pogba and i still think he can reach his potential but the past year i've seen another side to him im not sure i want him anywhere near Barca. he should focus on actually becoming one of the worlds elite before developing the diva ego like Neymar.. the world cup win really went to his head

Thought he was average today.

His agility is so shit. It’s comical to watch him try to brush off defenders by accelerating or dribbling.

Shooting was on point though.
You're kind being unfairly hard on him .
He shows touches of pure genius ..
He's not gonna be as agile as a ballerina as he's 6' 3" or so .

Saw a thread on Redcafe while I was lurking there that Mourinho managed to convince Chelsea fans that Hazard was crap and the problem at Chelsea, and not him. Fans then started calling Hazard for a cancer and brought banners calling him for a traitor lol.

And that he did the same with Pogba. Managed to convince fans, analysts and neutrals alike that Pogba is an average player or got other issues, when it seems like the only problem was Mourinho himself. Forget Pogba, look at how well everyone are playing now. It seems like they've been released from a Soviet labour camp and finally are happy being allowed to play football.

That's so knee jerk he isn't world class. If he keeps it up consistently for a decent period of time then we can move him To a world class classification.
Personally, I like him as a player and think he has all the attributes to become world Class.

I agree with you Donak but would also like to add that a lot of people have some flawed outlook were they discount the effects of the work environment on employee performance levels (somehow believing that monetary compensation can offset the emotional on a person)
Mourinho was/is the virus.

This is what happens when you get rid of that specialist in failure Mourinho.

I dont like Pogba and think he is a clown but happy to see a club like United play proper football again.

Pogba has wasted 2.5 years of his career at Man Utd. Imagine what 2.5 years of work with Pep at Man City could have done to his football abilities and tactical understanding of the game. There is no doubt in my mind that he would be a much better player today.

He is not consistently world class but he is a great manager (say Pep) away from developing into a world class player. That and actually playing in an actual system. Pogba had a very good World Cup for France a few months ago. Say what you want about Deschamps and his football philosophy but he managed to build an actual system and tactic that everyone followed. Man Utd under Mourinho had no such system in place. Hard to shine in such circumstances. He was not the only player who underperformed. Yet despite that (according to my Man Utd supporting mates) he was consistently one of the better performers under Mourinho. Not that this is saying a huge deal.
