I don't know if you noticed, but the team current tactics specifically instruct our players to play it wide for Neymar to try something on his own. We're really abusing that pass now. There is no other possible explanation for why Busquets would refuse to play short ball and instead go for the long pass on the left to Neymar so often.

If this would be just about Neymar being in poor form, he wouldn't have been the leader of Brazil in the 3-0 against Argentina just days before the game vs Malaga. There is clearly something wrong with our tactics, more than it is about one player not performing. Maybe players aren't performing because our tactics and rotations are a bit shit at the moment. It's not just Neymar who is under his level. Suarez as well, Busquets and Rakitic also. Except for Messi and Pique no one is playing very well atm.

I agree 100% with what you said, with Brazil he is free to play like he wants whereas in Barcelona not only he can't keep doing that but our tactic is shitty . Lucho wants him to be a creator but he doesn't make it easy for him. And this is exactly why he should learn when to take risks and when to simply pass the ball. His decision making is key here. But instead he keeps doing the same things over and over again. Now imagine if he manages to balance his playstyle, with his skills he would become a beast !
