Huh? Group stages don't enter into it.

How fun would it not have been for Bayern to fire a manager, unjustly, a few months before the season ends, and do a treble in bottling the trophies?

It really should have been that, and Bayern really did try its hardest to give them the trophy, but Dortmund simply refused to take all the gifts that were thrown at them, absurd.
