After selling Rakitic our salaries had still gone up as Coutinho, Todibo and Rafinha returned.

With Suarez, Vidal going we can now sign.

Todibo, Rafinha and Umtiti still need to go salary wise. Issue now is that Suarez got part of his contract paid so others (Umtiti/Rafinha) would want the same.
