I think a draw would have been a fair result. Two poor teams really. Two lucky goals and some bad finishing at the other end. They were there for the taking if it wasnt for a negative line up and formation

first goal, RM had so much space and empty net to shoot at. Tired defense and bad positioning by Ter Stegan.

second goal was just Grandma Umtiti being so slow.

none of goals were lucky.

Two piss poor sides who are a shadow of the teams they used to be.

Days of the wee genius getting us out of a hole are gone.

Vidal was making critical errors all night, unfit Messi was unmotivated. Our defense gave up to rookie mistakes for 2 goals. Wasn't shocked that RM scored, more like disappointed that we didn’t bury our chances first half.

Now the league is a bit beyond our reach as we have to win all those hard away games (Sevilla, Villarreal, Celta etc.) as well as tough home games (Real Sociedad, Atletico, Bilbao etc.), and hoping that Madrid will drop points.

Madrid dropped 5 points, 5! in just the previous 2 rounds, against fucking Celta and Levante, and you think we must win every game left and hoping Madrid somehow doesn't...as if they won't drop more than two points until the end. This is not 100+ point seasons needed to win anymore, both Madrid and us will drop multiple points until the end of the season, it's just a question of can we drop 2 points less than them. Because that's all we need, you know, we're 2 points behind, not 10. The fucking overreactions here  Used to it already though, might just have avoid reading here altogether after results like tonight, cause people are out of control.

is this how madrid fans feel when they lose a clasico.

on a serious note, both teams are shit tbh. their 2 goals were lucky and we couldve scored at least 3 in the first half. our squad needs a revamp asap.

Absolutely battered in the second half. Hard to believe that Real had one day less to recover from their Champions League match.

We are one point behind them but if you look at the schedule, we have more hard games on paper than them and we struggle more at away games than them.

Of course I am not saying they won't drop points, but they have the upper hand right now with one point ahead and an easier schedule left.

We have a really difficult schedule,we’ll drop more points than Madrid.Besides, the team’s morale must be really low right now.
