Watching Birdy twerk for Pool like they're some infallible, successful juggernaut is really amusing when you considering that all Pool have managed DESPITE HAVING KLOPP is 1 PL and 1 CL (against Spurs) in last 10 years
As if current Barca and Real would win in a league format against Pep working in a state-funded club with a perfect structure, unlimited financial resources, consistently shady ref decisions and 115 breaches in FFP.

Infact, given the perfect platform and unfair advantages Pep has at City, he has massively underperformed in the CL.

Liverpool under FSG is one of the best run clubs and probably the best run big club on the planet. Klopp's weakness seems to be in finals. 1 in 4 European finals doesn't look pretty on paper. Can't ignore the luck factor though.

Do you know what a well run club means? Clubs like Newcastle and West Ham have way more net spend than us over the last 10 years. Wikipedia merchants like you only see Football as a binary operation. Let's just completely ignore the nuances and run with the desired narrative, huh?!

Argentinia had over 15 years a great team and they only managed to win 1 copa america and 1 WC with the 'GOAT'

It's comparable with Liverpool, both should have won more titles but both were a team full of looser before their big wins

The only difference is that if it's Messi KL says 'Wow he lead argentinia to 3 finals where they were heavy favourites two times, only the GOAT can do that hihi'

when it's Klopp and Liverpool 'Look at that loser dude he bottled it 2 times against the best cl team of this competiton'

You can't make this up :facepalm1:

People said United was run well, had the infrastructure to handle SAF leaving, well, that prediction went to shit.

Who is to say that Liverpool isn't actually run that well, and it's mostly Klopp carrying the club, so to speak?

Maybe he got lucky? We will find out next season.

No, Edwards never got lucky
He is the most astute director out there
Implemented data analysis before it was cool
His portfolio includes the transfers of Klopp, Firmino, Salah, Mane, VVD, Allison among others

Clearly clueless on this topic.........

Who brought Klopp to Liverpool? Do you know that Ancelotti was by far the top choice for the job according to fans and the media back then?!

Do you know Klopp wanted Brandt over Salah? Edwards vetoed it.

Who scouted Robbo? Who scouted Alisson? Who brought VVD to the club when he was wanted by richer clubs? Who signed Mane? Who got the club great amounts of money for players like Brewster? How are we one of the best selling clubs on the planet?

Klopp's achievements are on the sporting side but who runs the club? Who is responsible for the administration of this giant of a Football club with very limited resources provided by FSG?

Nah.

World Cup at U20.

Golden medal at Olympics .

Copa America

Finalissima

World Cup.

So they didn't manage to win ,,only" a Copa and WC , they won everything there is to win internationally , not to mention being in other finals as well.

Goat completed football club wise and internationally.

Edwards is anything but lucky lol.

Arguably the most shrewd, calculative, methodical, meticulous, analytical and intelligent sporting director/CEO in Football.

The only big flop we had in these years was Keita.
