Lionel Messi - v7

If you ask me,
both Barca and PSG don't have a good defence.
But PSG at least has a stronger attack.
And also has a goalkeeper who is often impressive in CL knockout games (either with Madrid or with Paris).

PSG's defense might not be elite, but it's streets ahead of ours. Eric Garcia might change that though...

Seriously though: we need to hit 40 goals in all comps, stay second in golden boot charts, and finish with more league and total goals this season than Ronaldo. He better play this one dawg. (1k posts now KingLeo10)

Messi will be happy with a Neymar Mbappe trio .. and the other team members should only focus on defending well for the most part and feeding decent balls from time to time. It would bring him one year of happiness given he cannot move on from the MSN trio fixation

They both have average defenders but they are organized in the defense which makes them miles ahead of ours

Its better if he stays next season and go when we can afford haaland. Imagine this team without Messi rassvi.

What exactly did we win with him this season, we're most likely finishing 3rd in La Liga, left CL in round of 16 and won Copa de Ray (credit due to all the players for that one, especially Griezmann, Dembele, Messi, De Jong, and Alba). Messi needs to leave at some point, so the earlier the better we try to move on and rebuild.

Not trying to downplay Messi, but there can be life after Messi (maybe hard at first, but there was Barca before Messi and Barca would still remain)

Where would this barcelona be this season without Messi? No copa win, la liga 4-5th place, higher loss against PSG. Doesnt feel the moment has already come to leave.
