We are currently 4 points behind Girona and also have worse goal difference than surprise package of La Liga.
Not shocking at all considering the abysmal level of football Xavi and his brother are bringing about.

Still, a positive vibes are fresh after solid performance against Atletico so let's hope we see more of that.

Only 34.568 people were in stadium against Atletico, this was the lowest number in this season! Hopefully we will see more Cules against Girona

I really like those late Sunday evening games because Sundays are lame anyway. However, seems like Cules don't like this time due to work on the next day and the unconvenient travel to Montjuic. It's a pity. Club loses lots of money due to the smaller stadium and rent anyway and such low attendance makes it even worse. This game it might be better thanks to Girona fans travelling to the game.

Another big game.

I'd like to think a win vs Girona could make them more confindent and make them play better football but I don't think that it will be the case . I'd like Xavi out asap though there is almost zero chance he'll be ousted this season, in the summer would be likelier but still unlikely, sadly.

Do you guys really think fireing Xavi now is a good idea? Last time we switched coach around xmas, things didn't go well at all.

Let's see if there's further positive development after Atleti game. It's weird how Xavis Barca can go from unwatchable, incoherent mess to champaign football overnight. Maybe we just got Cholos number.

If we want to repeat the title, we need to go on a massive run of wins. Something like 7-8 wins in a row. If we start to lose focus again and waste points vs weaker teams... things are gonna get complicated.

Reckon Barca will scud them.

Girona have not been great defensively and their results probably flatter them a bit.

Said to be 2m loss of revenue.

If they want to fill the Stadium, then need to lower the prices. Or atleast do a Young Culers pass where that demograph (say 25-30 under) can get cheap tickets.

Anyways back to the game, should be a cracker. Don't like the timeslot however. But atleast they got rid of the 10pm Saturday slot.

💯 % true, only a massive runs of wins can make us hope for the title

Continuing with the ticketing theme. Sport today.

The rate of ticket sales, for now, does not invite optimism . Only the tickets for the cheapest area, the northern goal, with prices of 69 and 74 euros , have been sold out, as can be seen on the FC Barcelona website.

For this match, prices range from 169 euro grandstand tickets to 75 euro tickets that are still available for the corners.

---

Prices too high for timing, location and pitch view.

Maybe should try and get an ear in with LaLiga to get earlier KOs. In the end of the day, it's not beneficial to LaLiga either if Barcelona are playing with empty stadiums.
