Let's go Hansi

“There have been reports that the former Bayern Munich and Germany manager is Joan Laporta’s preferred candidate to replace Xavi. I don’t have confirmations on this. It’s very early stages at Barça, they will take some time before deciding their favourite candidates, starting interviews and more. Flick would love to work for Barcelona, that’s for sure; but there is nothing more than this so far, no decisions, nothing advanced.”

@fansjavimiguel: "Xabi Alonso was Mourinho's 'executing arm' on the field. He was anti-Blaugrana to the core. No matter how well he is doing at Leverkusen, common sense and judgment must prevail."

Lets just let the players manage themselves for a year and sign Klopp after he takes a year off.

If there is any chance Klopp would entertain coming to Barca we need to go all out to get him.

Bullshit like this is what holds this institution back. What is he going to do while playing for Madrid? Pick some daisies and hand them to Iniesta?

At least we're past the discussions and rumors of the overrated Pochettino.
You'll struggle to find a manager with a bigger 'loser' mentality than that guy. He need to go and coach teams that have no expectations to win shit.

Birdy and that Pool troll rate him highly. That's all you need to know to see where Poch stands.

MDs list looks more like a wishlist than reality. Only Flick is viable option, because he's a free agent. All others have contracts and will cost chunk of the budget to get.

Nagelsmann should also be an option as his contract with Germany will run out after EURO.

The only realistic options are Flick, Nagelsmann and De Zerbi.

A list of 6 where 3 are under unbreakable contracts, one is set to go to Liverpool.
that leaves only Flick and De Zerbi, who will require compensation

Flick 100%. Barca have been demolished by high pressure teams for years and if you can’t beat them, join them. Get the manager who destroyed them 8-2 that still haunts them to this day. Barca won for years before from not just Messi, but from high pressure, mainly under Guardiola. Legit players that trained under him said Flicks style is very similar to Guardiola and that is high pressure and high intensity training. Flick is the guy that can make Barcas softness change to a hard and determined team hungry for trophies. I’m not saying there isn’t any other manager that can do the job, but Flick fits what Barca need the most. A manager that doesn’t train a team to be delicate or soft underneath the cracks, I’ll tell you that

Since then, he also became one of the shittiest managers in German NT history though. So far he is yet to prove that his great covid half-season was not some sort of freak event due to the many unique variables of that year.
