Did you even watch us play? There were seasons he was the best GK in the league and while he did have some bad moments, he wasn't nearly as bad as people make him out to be. Was a very good GK most of the time, who had important performances in the 2006 and 2009 finals too....
I always considered him the weak link of the strongest team ever in many league games and classico's. Bar the finals where stepped up and the 2012/13 season he was relatively mediocre the majority of the games. Had he not been a la Masia player he would have been sold years before he finally left.
Not that he was terrible or anything, especially compared to the goalies we had before that but its not like he was ever worldclass beside the mentioned moments.

Valdes was/is a good gk, one of the best, in fact. But Casillas was generally a step above, even with his occassional blunders.

Sevilla 5-0 Getafe

Getafe loses one of their Defenders Carlos Vigaray to a Red card. it seems like Sevilla spent a lot of the match trying to Wind him up and it seems like it worked.

Granada and Real Betis played to a draw 1-1.

Atletico 2-1 Valencia

Godin gave away a penalty and Paco Alcácer scored it For Valencia.

Jackson Martinez gets his second goal of the season after a Terrible Defensive mistake by Mustafi.

And in other news after Levante have been steamrolled at home vs Real Sociedad 0-4.

Levante coach Lucas Alcaraz has been sacked. He's the 2nd coach to be sacked this Liga. Levante are 20th (last) with 6 points from 9 games.

Good riddance, most defensive coach I've ever seen in La Liga, failed takeover in summer which was rejected by club's board which saw some members walk out now coach sacked, this could be the season Levante finally drop. Oh dear.

Levante have been playing the old 5-3-2 Tactics and it really hasn't worked. they still get slaughtered by any half decent mid table team.

In other news it appears Valencia's Rodrigo Moreno (Who is also Rafinha and Thiago's Cousin) Could be out for a Lengthy period of time as he suffered a knee? Injury today.

He's the new Levante coach. All the best to him.
