Calm down it's just farmers fanboys. Put Messi in farners league as he is scoring 90 a season. They can't defend there unlike the prem and laliga

Ligue 1 has always been a defensive league. World class players like Drogba and Trezeguet went on to score more AFTER they left the " farmers league ".

Mbappe is also doing well with the NT and in the champions league, so harping on the quality of the league is a moot point anyway.

Why do you feel the need to talk about Messi ?
He is nothing like Messi, he is thriving as a 9.
And about the farmer comment, i'm pretty sure you don't use that argument when you talk about players from Eredivisie for example or from Portugal ?

I mean, what is the point to endlessly repeating that meme. At some point, it has stopped to be funny and it doesn't add anything to the discussion. If you disregard his performances due to the league quality, why do you even care about him or players outside the top 4 leagues (the non farmer leagues)?

As Jair told you, you seem insecure. Anyone with brain and eyes know Messi is the best player at the moment and Neymar is the best player of PSG.

Also PSG has already proved they are able to score against la Liga or Premier League the same way they do in Ligue 1. PSG is a good team to beat inferior team but fail to win when they faced top 3 team on the world. Do you really think PSG wouldn't score against the like of Fulham, Huddersfield etc. ?

Don't know about Jair Ventura. He posts comparisons between Messi and Mbappe, altough one plays in the best league in the world, and the other in the 5th best. Of course it will trigger nasty responses in a forum called Barcaforum. Duh. Which is why he's a troll.

Mbappe stats are impressive inside Ligue 1. They can't be compared with what Messi does in La Liga, having world class teams like Atletico and Real as rivals every year. Teams who played 2 all Spanish CL finals in the last 4 years. It's a completely different level, but since our friend Jair leaves in a bubble constructed by Qatar especially for guys like him on this world, it is no surprise he doesn't realize it. Or he's actually pretty smart, and knows it very well, and he's just a troll as I said.

So he scored a penalty and a tap in 10 cm away from the goal-line in the by far best league in the world against the giants that are Caen. GOAT.

In all seriousness, a joke that goals in Ligue 1 have the same value as goals scored in La Liga, the EPL and Serie A.

Put anyone on that QSG team as a number 9, and they will easily score 20+ goals in Ligue 1 playing for QSG. Look at the stats of Ibra and Cavani. Only Messi and C. Ronaldo had better stats. Explains it all.

This forum is turning into a "hype everything QSG or Ligue 1" due to the postings of certain users. Very annoying. When somehow this absurd narrative is countered, us critics are called "haters" etc. when we otherwise would not have even spent 10 minutes on QSG each month if not for this forum being flooded with the above posts.

Well, the answer from Messigician was directly under comments and stats that have Messi not mentionned once.

And no stats will ever make Mbappé better than Messi as a player. What matters is how they play on the field. From that observation alone, you can see who is the better player. And being in Ligue 1 doesn’t prevent Neymar from being top 3 in the world when not injured.
I get people compare Mbappé to other players because of his stats but he will never be a Messi type of player and not a R9 type of player either. R9 was the complete package.

Come on, we all know which is Jair's purpose on this forum. He gets a kick from trolling us with his PSG propaganda shit, and we get a kick from making fun of him every year when reality is pretty much breaking his bubble. He'll probably get banned when PSG win the CL though. Until then, he's fun.

I've never seen such a blatant attempt at trolling

just terrible, unimaginative and poor quality

I didn’t post anything about Messi? You're more insecure than I thought.

This must've been a tweet your alter ego embedded then.

I'm not offended by anything. I told you what I think you're doing here, and I don't have any problem with it. It's fun. This forum would be more boring without you.

If you weren't offended you wouldn't have responded to Mbappé's brace with two pages of whining over Messi, Ligue 1, and myself. Keep in mind your reaction is less a response to me and more a reflection of yours and others insecurities.

In other news:

I know Messi's name is featured there, but Kylian's success is no slight to him, so try to spare me your tears this time.
