Potential wise, not much difference. Leno has more top flight experience tho. Simeone has gained trust in JO post Moya injury, so I doubt he'll be going anywhere. But I've a hard time imagining either ending up at MU, because neither is a LVG type keeper. Leno is ordinary on the ball whilst JO's absolutely awful. Their recent showdown was a contest of who sends the ball farthest in the opp. stands. Leno strangely has become a popular choice amongst the ManU fans, but I doubt they 've watched him at all, or done so outside couple of matches.
I reckon LVG will to look to bring some dutch flavor instead.

LVG didn't waant second choice keeper who was poor on the ball so we definitely not interested in Oblak but we'll be hard pressed to find a keeper who is good on the ball and can handle physicality of the league...Most keepers in the PL are shit on the ball and De Gea miles ahead of other keepers in that aspect...

The Dutch equivalent keepers are not as good as Valdes, Woodward may wish buy a young talent like Oblak/Leno for back up just in case, but convincing them to play as back up will be tough.

On his way to the Zamora this season indeed.

It looks next to impossible to score on ATM these days.

Oblak was very poor during the penalty shootout. He also looked lost in PK's against PSV. Back then, the Slovenian was lucky when his team bailed him out and the black guy for PSV hitted the crossbar. Today, that didn't happen. Real Madrid put all five of their penalties to Oblak's left, and Oblak didn't save any of them.

And to be honest, I think Oblak is a bit overrated as Atleti's fantastic defence in front of the Slovenian makes him look better than what he actually is...

He isn't overrated. He is one of the best GKs in the world and probably could make a case for him as the best out there. But those penalty shootout was just pathetic from him.
Like he didn't even bother

He was a deer in headlights, literally. It's like he was too scared to move.

It's like he wasn't prepared at all for a penalty situation but the rest of the team played like they wanted penalties

You have to wonder what's going on.
