you do realize how important a good back up keeper is right? maybe he signed up on this, but it couldn't have hurt to give him a match in the supercup to show he's still important to us in an important game.

He's not important to us in important games. Not at all. Only if Mats suffers a terrible injury would that be a problem, but if Mats plays the entire Gamper both keepers will have practically the same amount of pre-season minutes, which is fine. Mats gaining match rhythm is much more important than giving Jasper charity minutes to keep him happy, especially when everything he says and does indicates he... already is.
