FC Barcelona: Win of the youth system

Most likely.

But wonder if could be one of the Dortmund kids like Almugera Kabar (we were already linked to him few times) or Paris Brunner. But tbf don't think either would accept the Barca B route as mentioned.

Yeah. Or that defensive midfielder.

Just sounds like pure hyperbole calling it BIG, as would have to have an existing U17 international profile.

Now a different angle. Flick incoming could help entice German league talents to our academy.

It's bullshit. There is no one who fits that scope other than Ibrahim Diarra, who has already been announced.

Most probably, those twitter guys are usually desperate and will believe anyone without double checking.

Most replies suggest a kid from Madrid academy but I don't see it happening.

A 2009 born defender seems unlikely to be a "Juvenil A/Barca B" signing, but then again there are kids born in 2007 who are starters in 1st team :lamine:

The article also mentioned Gil Ruck. I recall hearing alot about him and Barca/Madrid/others interest.

He could very well fit the profile. I havent been mightily impressed by him, but negotiating a clean signing of him would atleast be noteworthy.

But big or game hanging? Hardly.

Speaking about Ze Germans another name I could think of as a potential "big signing" is Assan Ouedraogo. Not sure he would accept playing for Barca B initially though.

Was really looking forward to watch him at the U17 WC but got injured before HT in their second game and still didn't recover AFAIK. But highly rated in Germany (also FM wonderkid which is the most important!) and with Schalke struggling they will probably have to sell for cheap. Still highly unlikely we'd sign him though.
