Well, Messi and Suarez and amigos are to blame as well, we already knew that.

They are footballers and by default not very smart and they can't asses things realistically as they are main protagonists anyway.

So where to look for answers? President, of course. But he is also hiding behind players and vicious circle never ends.

You are thinking of vote of no confidence? Don't think that will happen.

Nah, but Valverde will be gone if we don't win 1 of the 2. His saving argument is that despite playing like crap most of the time under him, and being an embarassment in CL, we still have won a big title in each of the 2 seasons.

That is the last pillar that is keeping him on his chair. Once that one collapses, he's gone.

Messi and Suarez just gave him a vote confidence to the press. He's not getting sacked.

I’m sick and tired of Suarez and these others guys. It’s never the coaches fault. Rome was an accident, Liverpool was an accident, Valencia and today was an accident aswell. Disgusting stuff.

What is stunning is that we have only won 1 of the last 5 matches. The league went into the shitter quality wise just as Valverde arrived and that is his biggest saving grace right now. In the history books an 80 point Liga title is the same as a 95 point one, hence the board are hesitant to let the bloke go while we're still winning major titles regardless of the competition.

Fucking hypocrites!
If they, the players think they are the ones to blame, they should know that they are no longer compeitive enough for Barca level of fooball and leave the club already.

Point I was making is about Bartomeu. What do you expect to change? He is likely to bring another soft man for the players.
BBZ was right when he said things can definitely get worse and I am afraid we will have to wait another season before things really collapse and Bartomeu leaves.

Well what we need is a Laporta-Pep style squad clean up....and thats blatantly been obvious for years...but we have hidden behind Valverde as if just firing him and getting another Yes man behind our amigos would solve everything..What we would need is some president who is balls enough to transfer of guys like Pique, Busquets etc rather than someone who would just hire another yes man...

Madrid are favorites for La Liga as of now. Their scoring will pick up, Hazard will be back and their defense looks good. They are better coached by far, better drilled defensively, are more hungry for a title win. Messi is not enough this season because Madrid is playing at a higher level than the crap they showed in 2018 and 2019 in the league.

players back to supporting this guy again  wont be surprised if he gets extended.

If we'd manage to win Supercopa, we would for sure hear the announcement as early as next week. Now they'll probably wait for March and the Napoli tie. Atletico managed to ruin this one, hopefully Napoli can do the same.

Napoli are too weak to knock us out. They're like the 5th-6th best team in Italy now after Juve, Inter, Lazio, Roma and arguably Atalanta.

But a reasonably normal draw in QF would see us unable to avoid a big team and we'll probably go out in the quarters, especially if the return leg is away. If we get as lucky as last year (United were a real dream draw for QF) we'll sneak our way to a semis and get humiliated possibly again.
