Actually quite sobering that none of the usual scapegoats (Raki, Busi, Suarez, Dembele, Roberto, Alba and even Messi) played a full or a particularly bad game (arguably with the exception of Pique) today. We can clearly see that the issues are systematic in case it hadn't already been damn obvious for an eternity. All condemnation is futile for EV won't be sacked anyway.

Yea, same for me. It means it's not as easy as replacing the parts. Although this was obvious in more than a year. Only the usual suspects around here are in complete denial about this, but they're hopeless anyway...

I think it's fixable with getting the right manager with full backing, like Pep got in 2008. That manager will have to be brave enough to make bold decisions. This means developing the mindset that this shit can't continue. Bring back hard work and cut the pieces that don't align to the new order. We approach games with such a lax attitude that it cannot not bring this kind of fucked up lethargy.

You reap in matches, what you sow in training session. I'm convinced we don't train the right way. Properly trained football teams don't look comatose on the field and are sure as hell not beaten in terms of effort and energy by probably every single opponent they face.

The fact that we have spent another 20m on a player and Valverde still plays Semedo out of position is unacceptable. And it's not like we played against Liverpool, it was against freaking Levante. When will Firpo(and other new, young players) progress and contribute if you don't test him against teams like these? So what if they'll make mistakes, that's how young players learn you imbecile. But what can you ask when every one of our signing has regressed during his tenure. This is one of the reasons we seem like a team out of options. Well, this and Valverde being clueless.
