He's Luis Suarez with penalties. Both are rotten from open play for 2 or 3 seasons now but have the ability to score the odd cracker and get served tap ins

True, occasional magic with overall terrible gameplay, but Ronaldo gets the edge, because he is more useful in CL.

I?d say Suarez is also much more creative than Ronaldo. But hes stubborn and now lacks the technical finesse to carry out his ideas. But back a few seasons he would give great crosses with outside of his foot and those lovely volleys.

Sampdoria players seemed to actually think that CR gifted Pjanic a free kick on the goal and let him completely open at the edge of the box. That's terrible preparation. They could have set a one man wall and five players to mark CR and Pjanic would still have passed it to him.

He scores lots of penalties and tap-ins, but it shouldnt be a problem to say that his goal yesterday was a good/smart one.

Suarez is not at great physical shape like Ronaldo. If he was, he would dominate. Suarez is clearly much more creative.
