This is the worst Argentina team of all times. The worst. We have not created one chance in whole copa America so far.

cause apparently he only deserves it if he scores +60 goals a season , wins la liga , copa , CL by scoring +17 goals including at least 3 goals scored in semis or finals . Doesn't matter if 2nd goalscorer in CL , in the team , is some random barca player with 3 goals , if Messi doesn't do these , he doesn't deserve to win it.

Despite his stats he didn’t win enough. A league title to go with epic failures as captain in the CL (not his fault) Copa del Rey final and Copa America is not good enough.

He's never had a good Argentina team. The midfield, defense and goalkeeper has been awful the last 10 years or so. Not to mention, their coaches/managers have been made awful choices with picking players and picking certain tactics.

Messi should have just chose Spain as his national team when he had the chance.

He's barely touched the ball in the first half. Heck, he barely touched the ball in the last game. He can't do anything if his teammates won't get in space or if they can't play simple passes.

Yeah, he hasn't been at his best..... but he's also never played in a great consistent Argentina team since he joined the full national side.
