Copa 22/23

It's both
Team is complacent thinking can phone in meaningless games and turn up in final + semifinal

Nah, if you look at most of our UCL runs, during the crucial parts of spring, we often are decent domestically too, this ain't it.

Not at all 2017/18 basically lost league ahead of CL
18/19 crashed out early
19/20 played a fairly even game vs City despite being visibly poor and relying on pens + Casemiro headers to win league
20/21 been decimated by injuries, lost some games, won others in league while getting to semi vs Chelsea where injuries got too much
last year league was over by April

Team gets complacent about their own hype in CL and switches off in other games when know no chance for a league trophy

Rodrygo is a lovely combination of a clutch nothingburger
Best young forward since Raul of that type would argue

Controlling games? Never heard of it.
That's the difference... in a whole half vs Osa, we would let them get into our box maybe once or twice. They go there twice in 5 mins vs RM.
Though I don't doubt it would be different if it was the CDR final, as it is always different whenever we're in cup games.
