Without further derailing this thread and getting published by Flavia, :p I'd say this:

-Yeah China embraced capitalism, and the worst kind, kind of like America's wild west in the 19th century without a lot of rules (or rules getting ignored) and with a lot of loopholes but I believe we are getting through the period of chaos
-Many believers of socialism here, even though most of them are older folks
-I myself think Karl Marx and Frederick Engels were great human beings and their work really enlightened a lot of people
-The ills and crimes committed by various communist regimes can't not be blamed on the two great German men above

I am a lefty too. Finally we found something in common Morten!

I am also a lefty !

Götze never played the main role in that team. He was the hyped talent, yes, but he was injured to often and it was others that consistently stood out. Actually it was Real Madrid that bought their best player after 2010/11 with Sahin and United that did the same in 11/12 with Kagawa.

But - no matter what - Bayern was ahead in the league already in 12/13 with 25 points when BVB still had both of them in the squad. And 19 in 2013/14.

And especially Barca fans should know why Mourinho said that...

He was still an instrumental player for them during their rise and hailed as a golden boy of BvB. Granted he is shit now and is looking like a failure hilariously after his transfer like Sahin and Kagawa.

My point still stands though. I admit BvB are morons for putting low clauses on their players. But does anyone honestly believe that Bayern weren't licking their lips in delight at the thought of making themselves stronger while taking away fundamental players from BvB? It's a win-win for them and ensures that the BuLi title is theirs at ease every season but at the same time it's also severe hit to the quality and reputation of the Bundesliga. Not that Bayern seems to care, given their automatic trophy.

Bayern is the biggest fish in the pond. It is absolutely normal that they buy players from smaller clubs or direct opponents, that is how it works. The smallest clubs in first leagues buy from second leagues, the mid-table clubs from the small clubs and the top clubs from the mid-table clubs.
I can understand that Bayern does not want to pay ridiculous fees to get some over hyped players from the BPL e.g. when they can get quality ones from their own league who have no language barrier, are cheaper and in most cases way better than foreign players. Of course you can make your opponent weaker by that which is nice. I mean everyone wants to win and that's it.

And this happens in every league.
We bought Alves, Bravo, Alba, Mathieu, Rakitic etc.
Real bought Ramos, Illara, Isco etc.

You forget that Dortmund does exactly the same thing. It seems to be ok if they do it but not when Bayern does it. Why...

There are not many players in Germany that really can strengthen that Bayern team or even make the bench. This players usually play for competitors. But if you really look at the Bayern team you see that the most players came from foreign clubs or out of their own youth.

But the BVB was not really a close competitor anymore when Goetze or Lewy left. Not because of Bayern but because of underestimating the other teams behind...

Their club friendlies was in favour for Bayern Munchen 2-0, though it was played at Bayern's home. But I bet the revenge are underway, Barca could still snatch three points in this match. See their last two matches at La liga though Getafe and Cordoba may be a smaller team but they have shown dominant and heavy scoring. and practicing their goalscoring machine would be enough warm up to face Bayern

It does happen in La liga also, but the thing is we have RM the rival who will buy just as many as we do and thus making la liga title race competitive every year...that's not to mention the new arrival of another La Liga powerhouse Atletico who willl not sell any players to Barca/RM.....Valencia and sevilla are on the rise as well. Good luck for us Barca to try to buy a player from our rivals, atletico/RM, it's super hard to buy any players we want from our rivals. And I really don't get how Bayern were able to get top players from their rival so easily.

Bayern on the other hand literally demolished one and the only opponent they have in BVB and thus making the league un-watchable and so predictable. It's mind boggling that Bundesliga don't at least have another "power house" that could hold onto their players and compete against Bayern and rightfully so, Bundesliga deserves all the criticism as being a monopoly league.

I would disagree with that.

I'll break it down like this. The top flight of bundesliga is a fight for 2nd, 3rd and 4th. There was a battle for 1st between BvB and Bayern, however Bayern effectively eliminated it by building themselves through the expense if its main competitor. I understand that the 2012/2013 Bayern was a juggernaut and effectively destroyed BvB in the league, but obviously that BvB still had it's core identity and proved their quality by making it to the CL final. Now they are not anymore and the single biggest catalyst was the loss of their key players Gotze and Lewa. The secondary reason would be BvB's failed transfers, which they are to blame for themselves. Did Bayern capitalize on an opportunity? Yes. But that capitalization had severe consequences for their league. Simply put, no one takes it seriously anymore.

Let me ask you, Donnauwelle, do you see any team in the bundesliga challenging Bayern in the near future? In addition, do you think that bundesliga teams are incentivized to build a competitive team knowing that they have a monopoly giant breathing down their neck who has the mega monetary funds, allure and wont hesitate to sign their top players?

Your league is a shit trophy and isn't a testament to your quality as an elite team. The champions league is, however. Everyone knows this including Pep. If he doesn't win the CL then Bayern's season is a failure.

I said it before but that trophy could be given to Bayern in September and it wouldn't make a difference. Not only are they a lightyears ahead of every other team, they have also made it impossible for anyone to incentivize building and challenging through the message they sent by completely dismantling BvB.

ähm, no it's not a failure. you cannot plan to win the cl!

dismantling bvb? because auf götze and lewa?

lol

It is a failure if bayern did not win CL. They are out of german cup too. Winning bundesliga only can't be named as a success.

It isn't a success but it doesn't mean it's a failure either. It just becomes a decent season, a good one even.

A failure is if Bayern doesn't win anything and doesn't do well across the board: see 2010-11 season, where Bayern were third in the league, went out in the round of 16 in the CL and went out in the semi's of the Pokal.

Winning the league and making it to the semi-finals of the CL and Pokal is very far from a failure
