Comfortable 3-0 win. Inter, even having won all their games in Serie A haven't looked hugely impressive.

I'm fed up with this "rest Messi he's injured, need him fully fit" nonsense. He's completely out of shape, needs game time and the reason these minor injuries occur is because he hasn't played for so long. Are we supposed to rest him until he retires? He might get injured tonight. If you rest him tonight and only play him after the internationals he might get injured in his first game back. It's football, it happens. It's far more likely to happen after a prolonged period of inactivity but he's going to have to go through that at some point. Better now when there is time to recover.

It will be a very hard game for us. We will struggle for sure. With Valverde still on the bench a 1-0 win would be more than OK.

Firpo is just a very injury-prone player. Something we knew before we signed him and why we got him relatively cheap.

True. Conte is the better coach and his playing style/system doesn't favor Barça at all. The tie against his Chelsea-side was a very tough one and Barça had a fit Messi back then.

Hilarious to see people still blaming it all on the players, saying how injury prone they are (or in this case suddenly became) since they never were before in their previous clubs, meanwhile our manager openly came out and said he doesn't give a shit about physical preparation, but sure, all fault must be on the players.

So a player who missed 18 league games and was out injured for a total of 97 days just last season for Betis is the fault of our manager? Fuck Valverde and all that, plus I agree that there definitely is something up with all these injuries our players are picking up, but in the case of Firpo, we already knew he would pick up injuries this season, Valverde or not.

BTW, Messi should not play at all. It's more important that he fully recovers. Even if we lose tonight, we can still qualify if Messi is fit for the remaining 4 games.

How do you expect him to get match fit with no games really played until November. Remember there's a two week international break. His last injury had nothing to do with his previous one and was just a thigh strain that players pick up all the time

Guess he just is hoping that the fraud would be fired if we lose in Camp Nou - ain't gonna happen though, i.e., the fraud getting fired

Wanting your team to lose a crucial CL game (a development that will leave us in massive trouble) has no justification no matter what. It will also end our epic Camp Nou streak in the CL dating back to 2013.
