Curious to know what else. I don't think talent is their decided edge. Barca and even Bayern have had highly talented rosters, some even more than RM's in the past 10-15 years and dropped the ball in the CL. It's not style of play either because Bayern and Pool play similar, pragmatic, counter attacking football and RM has OWNED them in the last 10 years of KO football.

Real Madrid have had more decisive players than both Bayern and Liverpool.
Bayern had what Robben & Ribery with Liverpool having Salah and maaaybe Mane?

Compare that to Real Madrid squads with CR7, Bale, Benzema in CL, Modric and Ramos seemingly always on headers.

If you make a CL best 11 at the moment, you take 4-5 players from City, 6-7 players from Madrid and that's the team.

For example Mendy, like Ancelotti said, is probably the best defensive fullback in the game. Better than Kyle.

Kane wanted to score in Bundesliga instead of resting himself for ucl matches, he doesnt desrve a title for that egoistic behaviour... @Birdy
Yes, Tuchel should have sat him on the bench no matter what last weekend

My comment:
1) Another robbery by Madrid with the clear De Ligt goal at the very end

2) Another voodoo Madrid shithousery with Neuer's mistake

3) But had to say: Bayern were really bad tonight.
Tuchel disappointed me. In the 1st leg they could create chances, tonight they created only the chance that Gnabry fumbled early on, and Kimmich at RB was leaking in the 2nd half.
Maybe Gnabry's injury derailed the plans, but Bayern did not deserve qualification tonight.
If they had gone through with that 0-1, it would have been like all the undeserved Madrid qualifications

4) Plus, very stupid by Tuchel to sub out all quality upfront 15 min before the end. Like, what did he think, that it is over?

How does RM winning 5-6 CLs wipe out the 4 CLs and 8 LLs (including 4 European doubles and 2 trebles) won by that trio in 10-11 years?

Both are historic achievements.
All we have is memories, we will not win a CL in this decade, Madrid will win several more

But are they more decisive because they are playing for RM and benefiting from the psychological edge of that?

Because none of those players made anywhere near the same splash outside of RM.

It's probably both + they've had more balanced teams in general as well.

A proper CDM destroyer in Casemiro which was huge for them as European football moved more towards the athletic, physical type of players along with Modric + Kroos in midfield which is perfect balance wise.

If Dortmund beat Real Madrid it would literally be a glitch in the matrix.

Once they make a CL final there's like a 90% chance they win it.
