The new CL format has many advantages.
One is that it will get back to pots being made up by strength of team (coefficients) ONLY
No more the stupid 'pot 1 is the champions' thing, where you had Marseille Benfica or Shaktar being pot 1 and Madrid or PSG or Inter at pot 2

If either one of Bayer Leverkusen or Roma win the Europa League they'll take our spot in Pot 1.

Seeding doesn't really matter that much to us. We'll play against 2 teams from all the pots either way.
It's worse for the weaker teams because they could then potentially face City, Bayern and Barca.

Im seeing all over social media people going crazy over Vinicius' run in Madrid's first goal. bog standard run getting praised like he dribbled half the team. The state of football is disgusting right now

Coefficient isnt even determined by quality anyway and actually hurts chances of decent teams with little resources who would have had a good season, got into a higher pot but now likelihood of them getting a reasonably weak group to build success on is reduced. On one hand diminishes one season wonders, on the other it only optimizes the chances of the rich clubs in football. Whole point of them banging on about how it was somehow 'unfair' for good teams having to sit out CL after they've just had a terrible year so they gave them a bailout route.

Be interesting to see how garbage the distribution of fixtures turns out to be
Will no doubt be the primary reason for big clubs moaning away and threatening Super League because of how easy that the others have it

Super League will happen sooner or later, because even in this new format, there will be tons of MAdrid - Fenerbache, and Galatasaray - Barcelona games that are pretty pointless and indifferent.

Expanding the fixture list, and burdening the health of footballers with more games, just for the UEFA bureaucrats to have their money and authority

CL is a garbage competition these days; same 3 good teams every year and these 3 are only “good” because talent level right now is lamentable

Tru.

If not for this braindead guy Araujo and that fucking pussios referee , we would have walked this edition of CL.

Yeah , you heard it right you fucking madridistas pussios scum that lurk this forum , we would have owned you in a CL final.

Maybe it is wishful thinking, but i still believe there is a chance Dortmund can win this whole competition.

They are the opposite of us as they have a team set up to overachieve.

1) Blistering pace to hurt teams on the counter.

2) A solid GK capable of match winning performances.

3) Mats Hummels in the form of his life, rolling back the years.

4).And a centre forward who can be clutch in knockout football.

They can do this.

Arda Turan: "With Luis Enrique, you know exactly what you have to do. You have a perfect plan in attack. Some managers only focus on the first and second phase, but Luis Enrique likes the third phase too. He's a genius, especially with interiors and wingers."

Respect Lucho.
He is tactically much more competent than people give him credit for
