Defensively we're likely to be improve pretty drastically under a new coach. Our midfielders play basically without any positional disciplin. We sacrifice all shape and structure in favor of this erratic indiscriminate pressure.
We have no positional mids mate. A new coach won’t change that.

Davies rumours is based on meeting his agent, could possibly be driving the price higher or actually interested in a prospect for B team and media has no clue.
No, our defense has no depth, lacks quickness centrally with exception of Araujo and even last year we were very vulnerable defensively when the team wasn't playing Conservatively.
It needs a lot of work tbh.

Our left and right wing defence is horrible and its mainly becouse of lack of quality players.
Balde is not near good enough.
Cancelo is good in attack but weak in defence.
Kounde has been horrible as CB aswell.
Alonso and Inigo are way past it.
Even Araujo has not been good against better oponents and its imo a bit overrated.
Its impossible to have a good midfield and attack if your constantly in fear or conceding goals due to bad defence.
But yea we desperatly need a GOOD DM, not a 34+ year old.
AND a proper LW.
AND a good striker (not sure about Roque tbh)
Until then were doomed to be a midtable team buying scraps that will play in Europea League every year.
Which with our economy is the most likely scenario.
