Are we going to lack leadership in the dressing room?

Within one year we lost our first three captains, strong personalities. I know Busi and Messi are smart guys, but they're not leaders.
What do you think?

Monster Masch, as long he is there we have a leader. On the pitch pique is developing to be quite a leader figure and messi leads by example. Maybe in future mats can be a good leader.

They have only been here for a season but Suarez, Rakitic, and Bravo are all former club captains. And Bravo still captains Chile.

While he doesn't look like one ,it is actually said that Busquets is a true leader .being voted over other older La Masia who has been in the team b4 him like Pique and a true veteran like Mascherano was a good indication for that .Puyol giving him his number was another sign .and during the renewal process it was rumored that he is seen as the future captain of the team
Many players are now more grown up .I do see Messi as a good Captain .he is sort of leading by example though .Pique is now more grown up and he is very popular among the players and recently stated he want to be in the top 4 Captain list .which he is probably getting this summer
As KingMessi said ,we have many former captains like Suarez/Rakitic/Bravo .we have NT teams captains like Messi and many strong characters like Busquets/Pique/Mascherano/MATS/Neymar and a Captain that is a club legend that everyone respect in Iniesta
It isn't 2008 anymore and it was about time for the next group of guys to take over the dressing room ,we will be fine

Neymar is the captain of Brazil since Dunga arrived. The true leader and captain of their national team is Thiago Silva, who was the captain before Dunga's appointment.
Being captain at Ajax (five years ago) doesn't make Suarez a leader.

As many people said, Busquets, Messi, Mascherano, and now Bravo, Piqué can all provide leadership.
Suarez, Neymar and Rakitic are all hardworking/hungry for trophies too

He is the more of a leader than Messi and Neymar.

But we have Busquets,Pique and Mascherano. Thats enough leadership. You could add Iniesta as well.

We'll miss Xavi but Pique matured a lot and Mascherano is still here.
Don't forget Rakitic who was captain of Sevilla.

Don't agree with you about that.
He came in Barcelona after the fiasco of the WC and all he wanted is people to forget him and focus on football. I don't think that he arrived in the team as a leader but more with the attitude of someone who wants to integrate the squad and look as a normal guy/player. He's definitely not a leader. Not in FC Barcelona.

The likes of Pique/Andres/Masche/Busi all have more legitimacy to be leaders.
