Benedito: "On Wednesday we will decide if we should abandon the vote of no confidence motion"

Holy crap. This could be catastrophic for the club going forward. If Benedito wants any good will he should finish what he started. All those socis who signed the motion will feel betrayed.

Right back at you. Do you also think Iniesta is apolitical?

Absolutely. The players are employees. They have no right to an opinion on this matter.

I find it so cringe when people start pinning up politicians as heroic figures. People on here have been acting like Benedito is Che Guevara

Then Iniesta wouldn't have flat out denied renewing his contract when Bartomeu said it was practically done. An apolitical answer would be "we are still negotiating".

Iniesta also came out a few days later and tried to difuse it and say wasnt trying to contradict anyone.

Which he probably was initially but to then back track and not get involved and even almost distance himself from 'noise from outside'.

Iniesta doesnt want to get involved and made that fairly clear in end.

Well it doesn't look good. Can under aged also vote? Because with elections they can't. But if not then shouldn't it be 10% eligible voters and not total socios?

Hope he doesn't give up entirely if this fails. He seems to be the only one who cares enough to make this happen.
