No one can play a possession style of football with this guy as a pivot. I seriously think that Roberto would be better solution as a DM than Romeu. FDJ can't come back soon enough.

Would be OK as pivot if he had speed. There's enough other players ahead of you to circulate possession.

But when you lack offensive possession AND speed to break the counters, then it's a double miss.
